Photograph your drawer. Profoama traces every tool, you approve the layout, and we cut a two-layer shadow foam insert sized to your drawer. You don't trace anything or measure any tools, and you never pick up a knife.

Fits the drawer you already own

There is no model-number lookup and no catalog of pre-cut sizes. Four corner-placed quarters in your photo provide the scale reference, so Profoama measures the drawer interior and every tool directly from the picture and corrects for camera angle. That works for any toolbox brand, including Snap-on, Matco, Mac, Craftsman, Husky, Milwaukee and U.S. General, as well as older boxes that are no longer made.

How it works

1. Photograph the drawer. Pull it out, lay the tools the way you want them, drop a US quarter tight against each inside corner, and shoot straight down.
2. Tap the quarters. The app finds the drawer edges from the coins and works out exact dimensions.
3. Review the outlines. AI traces each tool; you adjust any that need it.
4. Approve the layout. Drag tools around the foam until it's right, then lock it in.
5. We cut and ship. Your insert arrives ready to drop into the drawer.

Two layers: see what's missing at a glance

Each insert is a precision-cut top layer over a contrasting base layer, and you choose the color of each. With every tool in place the drawer reads as one solid surface. When a tool is missing, its pocket shows the base color. That makes it easy to check a drawer before closing up, and it's the same idea behind tool control and FOD prevention in aviation maintenance.

Cut and base layers each come in ¼″ or ½″ thickness.

Why XLPE foam

Inserts are cut from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), a closed-cell foam used for aviation tooling, military equipment cases and medical instrument trays. It doesn't take a permanent set, doesn't soak up water, resists mildew and mold, and has excellent chemical resistance.

What it costs

Pricing is $39 plus $0.03 per square inch of drawer area. For example, a 22″ × 16″ drawer comes to about $50, and a 30″ × 20″ drawer about $57, before options and shipping. The home page has a price calculator, and the exact price is confirmed at checkout.

Common questions

Do I need to measure my tools?

No. The quarters in the photo give the scale, and every measurement comes from the picture.

How far apart should the tools be?

Leave at least 8 mm (about 5/16″) between tools in the photo. You can fine-tune spacing in the layout step.

Can I change the arrangement after the photo?

Yes. The layout step lets you drag and rotate tools before anything is cut.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account or password at any point, including checkout.
